It is essentially a primary, community-based service that aims to prevent and promote mental health, i.e. early diagnosis of mental disorders, psychosocial support and mental health awareness.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"202\"><strong>Mental health prevention and promotion is implemented by:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"1020\">\n<li data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"263\">\n<p data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"263\">Individual counselling \u2013 psychological support sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"336\">\n<p data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"336\">Parental counselling sessions for empowerment of their parental role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"419\">\n<p data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"419\">Counselling sessions on the order of the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office for Minors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"667\">\n<p data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"667\">Cooperation with the schools of our Municipality \u2013 psychological counselling and support for school principals and teachers on issues related to their professional role, classroom management, as well as in dealing with student behaviour issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"743\">\n<p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"743\">Training and supervision of students in the context of their internship<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"960\">\n<p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"960\">Liaison and cooperation with Community and Social Services, as well as with Primary and Secondary Health Care Services (Public Prosecutor\u2019s Offices, Police, Institutions, Hospitals, University Institutions, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1020\">\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1020\">Community awareness and education on mental health issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1288\">Particular care is taken to ensure that the above procedures are governed by the basic rules of ethics and conduct \u2013 absolute respect for the personality and dignity of individuals, observance of professional secrecy and ensuring the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1318\">Tel.
