elementor - v3.22.0 - 26-06-2024 *\/\n.elementor-widget-image{text-align:center}.elementor-widget-image a{display:inline-block}.elementor-widget-image a img[src$=\".svg\"]{width:48px}.elementor-widget-image img{vertical-align:middle;display:inline-block}<\/style>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/glyfada.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/P-\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0391-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/glyfada.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/P-\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0391-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/glyfada.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/P-\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0391-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/glyfada.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/P-\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0391-500x500.png 500w, https:\/\/glyfada.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/P-\u0391\u039c\u0395\u0391.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"348\">With this service, the interested party submits the application to the <strong data-start=\"231\" data-end=\"263\">Parking Concession Committee<\/strong> of the <strong data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"298\">Municipality of Glyfada<\/strong>, accompanied by the following required documents:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<li data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"394\">\n<p data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"394\">Copy of the beneficiary\u2019s Identity Card<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"470\">\n<p data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"470\">Certificate from KEPA indicating the percentage and type of disability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"546\">\n<p data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"546\">Proof of residential address (e.g. utility bill or solemn declaration)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"881\">\n<p data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"881\">Copy of the vehicle registration certificate (must belong to the beneficiary or to first-degree relatives or spouses living at the same address).<br data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"698\" \/>\u2013 If transport is carried out by a relative, a solemn declaration from the driver must be submitted, stating that he\/she is responsible for the transportation of the beneficiary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<li data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"966\">\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"966\">A copy of the property ownership contract, lease agreement, or a recent E9 form<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1138\">Solemn declaration stating that the beneficiary does not have access to a parking space in a lawned area, pilotis, enclosed garage, or uncovered part of the residence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1342\"><strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1153\">Optional:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1156\" \/>\u2013 Valid disabled parking permit (its issuance falls under P.D. 241\/2005 and is handled by the competent department of the Transport and Communications Sector of the Regional Authorities)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1763\"><strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1353\">Note:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1356\" \/>The concession is valid only for the duration of the KEPA certificate. When it expires, a new valid certificate must be submitted; otherwise, the allocated parking space will be revoked.<br data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1545\" \/>If the KEPA certificate is marked as permanent (valid for life), then every <strong data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1634\">three (3)<\/strong> years the holder must confirm in writing that all submitted documents remain valid and that the allocated space is still needed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1768\" \/>\n<h5 data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1792\">A. ELIGIBLE OWNERS<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1899\">The following persons are entitled to a disabled parking space, as defined by the legal provisions below:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"3110\">\n<li data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"2075\">\n<p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2075\"><strong data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1957\">Law 490\/76 Article 1 (Government Gazette 331 A\u2019):<\/strong><br data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1960\" \/>\u2013 Disabled Greek immigrants and foreign workers with mobility impairments due to the nature of their disability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2582\">\n<p data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2293\"><strong data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2135\">Law 1798\/88 Article 16 (Government Gazette 166 A\u2019):<\/strong><br data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2138\" \/>\u2013 Disabled Greek citizens with:<br data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2175\" \/>A) Complete paralysis of the lower or upper limbs, or bilateral amputation<br data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2257\" \/>B) Severe mobility impairments:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2582\">\n<li data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2372\">\n<p data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2372\">One or both lower limbs with a total disability rate of at least 67%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2582\">\n<p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2582\">Motor disability of one or both upper limbs, with a total disability of at least 67%, of which at least 40% concerns one lower limb<br data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2515\" \/>C) Total blindness in both eyes with a disability rate of 100%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2951\">\n<p data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2951\"><strong data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2641\">Law 1882\/90 Article 23 (Government Gazette 43 A\u2019):<\/strong><br data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2644\" \/>\u2013 Disabled Greek citizens with:<br data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2681\" \/>A) Mental retardation with IQ below 40% or autism with seizures<br data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2752\" \/>B) Mental retardation or organic psychosyndrome, with disability rate \u2265 67%, and inability to work<br data-start=\"2855\" data-end=\"2858\" \/>C) Thalassemia patients<br data-start=\"2886\" data-end=\"2889\" \/>D) End-stage renal failure<br data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2923\" \/>E) Hemophilia sufferers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2953\" data-end=\"3110\">\n<p data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"3110\"><strong data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"3000\">Law 2227\/94 (Government Gazette 129 A\u2019):<\/strong><br data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3003\" \/>\u2013 Disabled citizens of EU Member States who fall under the categories described in points 2 and 3 above.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/glyfada.intelligentcity.gr\/icityops\/taxis_login.php?cc_id=48\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n\tLogin<br \/>\n\t\t\t<svg aria-hidden=\"true\"
