Social Sports Cultural Intervention of the Municipality of Glyfada<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"240\" data-end=\"736\">The \u201cSocial, Sports &amp; Cultural Intervention\u201d of the Municipality of Glyfada, with the distinctive title \u201cK.A.P.P.A.\u201d, is the new Legal Entity of Public Law (N.P.D.D.) established through the merger of five (5) N.P.D.D. of the Municipality (K.A.P.P.A., CHILDHOODS, SPORTS ORGANIZATION, SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL CENTER, and Municipal Conservatory), following a decision of the Municipal Council (No. 122\/2011).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"1123\">The CAP operates under the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3852\/2010 and Articles 239\u2013242 of Law 3463\/2006. It assumes the responsibilities of the existing Municipal Public Authorities of the Municipality and manages the Municipality&#8217;s initiatives in the fields of Culture, Sports, Social Protection, and Solidarity.
