The Municipality of Glyfada informs its citizens that according to the<\/p>\n
Decision No 22687\/2025 extends the deadline for the cleaning of the<\/p>\n
land plots by owners, landlords and usufructuaries of land plots. \u0397 <\/p>\n
the deadline for cleaning and submitting a declaration to the<\/p>\n
National Register of Property Fire Prevention Measures<\/p>\n
(gov.gr) of the persons liable under par. 3 of article 53A of Law No. 4662\/2020<\/p>\n
is set at 15 June 2025.<\/p>\n
We note that it is due to be cleared of dead grass, broken<\/p>\n
trees and branches, in order to prevent the risk of fire or<\/p>\n
its rapid expansion, to ensure the security of the social security system<\/p>\n
and to avoid damage to property and risk to life.<\/p>\n
In addition the plots should be kept free at all times from<\/p>\n
waste even when it comes from third parties, as well as<\/p>\n
any other combustible materials, during the fire season<\/p>\n
i.e. from 1 May to 31 October 2025. The persons liable have the <\/p>\n
responsibility for the removal of all materials, objects and waste<\/p>\n
and their safe collection and transport.<\/p>\n
In the event of non-compliance with the cleaning obligation, the<\/p>\n
a) impose a fine in accordance with the provisions of Article<\/p>\n
75 par. I, sector B, paragraph 26 of Law 3463\/2006, as in force and b) will <\/p>\n
carry out the cleaning of the land on its own initiative and confirm the<\/p>\n
