The deadline under paragraph 2 of Article 51 of Law No. 4647/2019 (A’ 204) is extended from its original expiry date until 31.8.2020.

Through this service, you can submit an online application-declaration for the determination of the surface area and/or the use of a property (Law 4647/2019, Article 51).
Law 4647, Article 51, paragraph 2:
Entities of the first level of local government may submit a declaration with the correct data until 31.3.2020, without the imposition of fines for non-submission or submission of an inaccurate declaration. Differences in the taxes, fees and contributions due, resulting from the declarations referred to in the previous subparagraph, shall be calculated and payable only from 1.1.2020.

Application for Inclusion under Law 4647/2019 – Responsible Declaration of Ownership under Law 2130/93, submitted by the owner or usufructuary (not by a partial owner). Please follow the instructions for correct completion.

In case of co-ownership, an authorisation from the co-owners is required.
In case the documents are submitted by a third party, an authorisation is also required.
