Organizational Chart

The organizational chart of the Municipality of Glyfada consists of 11 basic directorates and services that report directly to the Mayor. The directorates cover a wide range of responsibilities, such as the Citizen Service Centres (KEP), Social, Cultural and Sports Services, Information Technology, Studies and European Programmes, Building Services, Technical Services, Municipal Police, Administrative Services, Pre-school Education, Environmental Management, Cleaning and Green, as well as Social Protection, Education, Culture and Sports and finally Financial Services. At the same time, critical services such as the Secretary General, the Mayor’s Office of Executive Support, the Mayor’s Secretarial Support, the Legal Service, the Department of Communication and Public Relations, the Independent Internal Audit Office, the Office of Civil Protection, as well as the Office of Transparency, Administrative Assistance and Evaluation of Services are directly subordinated to the Mayor. This structure is designed to ensure efficiency and direct service to the needs of the local community.
